Orders & Proposals
All custom designs and services are based on approved proposals. Once approved, changes may result in additional costs.

Payments
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms. Production and delivery may be scheduled only after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All sales of floral arrangements, installations, and rentals are final unless otherwise stated.

Rentals
Rental items remain the property of MonFleurs and must be returned in their original condition. Any damage or loss results in additional charges.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery times and installations are scheduled by agreement. MonFleurs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Care & Responsibility
Although our silk florals are durable and maintenance-free, clients are responsible for handling products with care once delivered or installed.

Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, photographs, and creative content produced by MonFleurs remain the intellectual property of MonFleurs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
